Welcome to 1st Mancetter (St Peter's) Scout Group

Bringing Scouting to Warwickshire and the heart of England

About us

1st Mancetter (St Peter's) Scout Group have been providing Scouting activities to our local community since our formation in the 1950's. In 1964 we moved to our current location on Mill lane. Our purpose built and fully equipped Headquarters and Activity Centre was opened in November 2000, sleeps up to 40 persons and is available to hire for youth groups and other organisations.

We are located in the heart of rural England in two acres of beautiful grassed land bordering the River Anker and provide Scouting activities to young people aged 6 to 18 years of age. Our age groups are split into sections. Beaver Scouts aged 6 to 8. Cub Scouts aged 8 to 10 and Scouts aged 10 to 14. We are also home to Atherstone District Explorer Scout Unit (Snakes and Hatters) aged from 14 to 18.

If you would like to find out more about our individual sections then please click on the links above. New members are always welcome and we have a number of adult volunteering opportunities.
